1. Delivery methods and times

Qui di seguito sono presenti i metodi di spedizione, costi compresi (I tempi di consegna si intendono dal momento della spedizione):

– Spedizione Standard Nazionale: GRATUITA (2-3 giorni lavorativi).

– Spedizione Standard Internazionale: GRATUITA (3-4 giorni lavorativi).

For orders placed by credit card, one working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks.

If for some reason the customer becomes untraceable, the courier can return the items to Idea S.r.l.s. In the event that this happens, you may be required to pay additional costs by the courier in relation to return costs including customs and import charges. In this situation, Idea S.r.l.s. will recover these costs from the customer, deducting the corresponding amount from any refund due.

IDEA S.r.l.s. will do everything possible to ensure courier delivery within the delivery time specified in the order confirmation, but is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, and / or due to force majeure beyond its control.

2. Important Shipping Information

Please consider the following information:

- For security reasons, all purchases made on kuxocashmere.com will require the signature of the Customer or a delegated adult over 18 years of age.

- We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment. Therefore, please make sure you provide an address where you will be contactable at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery times.

- The courier does not ship to P.O.Boxes nor does it use postpone.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will follow, depending on the area, one of the following procedures:

- It will deposit a notice of passage near the doorbell or your mailbox, and will make a total of two delivery attempts in 3 consecutive working days; any additional costs will not be attributable to IDEA S.r.l.s.

- Idea S.r.l.s. is not responsible for any errors on the part of the customer in the indication of shipping references that cause the rise of additional costs necessary to finalize the delivery.

- after the foreseen period, your order will be sent back to us and it will be treated as a rejected one.

3. Track your order

When the order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an e-mail containing the shipment number and instructions to monitor its progress. Delivery times may vary during the sales period and in the days next to holidays for reasons not attributable to IDEA Srls.

We recommend that you to monitor the status of your shipment frequently: in the event of your absence, you may not immediately notice the notice of passage or, for various reasons, the courier may not be able to locate the reference address.

In caso di ritardi dovuti agli uffici doganali, i clienti saranno contattati direttamente dal corriere o da IDEA S.r.l.s.

4. When do we deliver?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours. It is not possible to book a delivery at specific times.

The courier does not deliver during pre-holidays and holidays.

5. Insurance

Please note that we insure every order in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for each product delivered, and at that point the insurance loses its validity. If it is not you who received your package (for example in the case of a gift) then the person who signed it confirms the delivery and is responsible for the package.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact IDEA S.r.l.s. at servizioclienti@kuxocashmere.com. If the package is damaged, or if some of the goods are missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
