Idea S.r.l.s. ships throughout Europe via FEDEX and SDA couriers.

To ensure an easy and pleasant shopping experience, for all countries, any customs fees are already included in the final price without any further subsequent charge on the price (some countries are excluded due to due to internal limitations).

We inform you that during the sales period and in the days surrounding the holidays, deliveries may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

1. Shipping methods and times

Below are the shipping methods, including costs (delivery times are from the moment of shipment):

– National Standard Shipping: FREE (2-3 working days).

– International Standard Shipping: FREE (3-4 working days).

For orders placed by credit card, one working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks.

If for some reason the customer remains untraceable, the courier can return the items to Idea S.r.l.s. In the event that this happens, Idea S.r.l.s. you may be required to pay additional costs by the courier in relation to return costs including customs and import charges. In this situation, Idea S.r.l.s. will recover these costs from the customer, deducting the corresponding amount from any refund due.

IDEA S.r.l.s. will do everything possible to guarantee delivery with the courier within the delivery time expected in the order confirmation, but is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, and/or causes of force majeure beyond its control.</ p>

2. Important shipping information

Please take the following information into consideration:

– For security reasons, all purchases made on will require the signature of the Customer or a delegated adult over the age of 18;

– We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipping. Therefore, please ensure that you provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery times;

– The courier does not ship to post office boxes or use poste restante.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will follow one of the following procedures, depending on the area:

– will leave a delivery notice near the doorbell or your mailbox, and will make a total of two delivery attempts in 3 consecutive working days; any additional costs will not be attributable to IDEA S.r.l.s.

– Idea S.r.l.s. is not responsible in the event of errors by the customer in indicating the shipping references which cause the incurrence of additional costs necessary to finalize the delivery.

– after the expected period, your order will be returned to us and the order will be treated as rejected.

3. Track your order

When the order is entrusted to the courier you will receive an email containing the shipment number and instructions for monitoring its progress. Delivery times may vary during the sales period and in the days surrounding holidays for reasons not attributable to IDEA Srls.

We advise you to monitor the status of your shipment frequently: in case of your absence, you may not immediately notice the delivery notice or, for various reasons, the courier may not be able to locate the reference address.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by IDEA S.r.l.s.

4. When do we make deliveries?

Deliveries and are carried out from Monday to Friday during office hours. It is not possible to book a delivery at certain times.

The courier does not make deliveries on pre-holidays and public holidays.

5. Insurance

Please note that we insure every order in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for each product delivered, at which point the insurance becomes invalid. If you are not the one who received your package (for example in the case of a gift) then the person who signed confirms delivery and is responsible for the package.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact IDEA S.r.l.s. at If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
