If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it for free within 14 days from the date on which it was delivered.

The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, equipped with tags indicating the bar code and any other seal that is part of the product.

1. Return instructions

To make the return correctly you will need to:

• Fill in all fields of the return form contained inside the product packaging, except for the optional fields

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and the designated customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

The cost of transport will be FREE. If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.

Idea S.r.l.s. reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with different couriers if delivery involves additional costs or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.

Idea S.r.l.s. also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions.

IMPORTANT: If the order was delivered to a country outside the European Union, any customs fees and taxes that the courier may request, and that Idea S.r.l.s. will have to advance, they will not be refunded, but will be deducted from the credit or refund.

Remember: if you do not use the return label, IDEA S.r.l.s. cannot be responsible for any theft or loss.

2. Is it possible to make a change?

Yes, the products purchased can be replaced by changing size and/or colour, while it is not possible to change the model: in this case, once the unwanted product has been returned and the refund has been received, it will be possible place a new order.

3. Where is the return located?

It is possible to trace the return itinerary from the moment it is delivered to the courier.
The tracking number is indicated on the waybill you used to send the package.

4. Refund

After receiving your return, we will check the integrity of the items before accepting them. This verification may take approximately 3 – 5 business days after delivery.

The credit method will follow the method used for payment:

• PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD: the refund will be made to the same credit card used at the time of purchase; the time necessary to receive the credit varies depending on the banking institution, and can take approximately 10 days

• PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: the refund will be made by bank transfer to a current or postal account indicated by you; the time necessary for reception varies depending on the Institute

• PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL: the refund will be visible in your Paypal account within 48 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email

• PAYMENTS WITH KLARNA: on the Klarna portal, select the order and click on “Returns”. You can then indicate that you have returned one or more items and have your payment processed ntemporarily stopped until the return is processed.Klarna will provide you with an updated receipt.

In the case of free shipping, the refund amount will correspond to that of the returned products. In the event that costs have been incurred relating to the type of shipping or the cash on delivery option, this amount will not be included in the refund.

5. General information

The refund will take place within 14 working days from the date the return process begins at the warehouse and together with the notification via e-mail. In case of orders canceled before their shipment, the refund will be made within 3 working days of acceptance of the request.
